Health Benefits: Our Associates have several options to choose from through the American Worker Plan by Pan-American Life Insurance Company. Various plans include medical, dental, and eyewear discounts. All Associates are eligible for Health Benefits from their first day of work.
401(k) Program: Our 401(k) Program is designed to help Associates generate savings for their retirement. Contact your Consultant for information on eligibility requirements.
Vacation Pay: All Associates are eligible for vacation pay after 1,500 hours of work (approximately 38 weeks) within a 12-month period.
Referral Bonus Program: If an Associate refers someone to work on an assignment, and the referred Associate successfully completes the required number of hours in the specified time period, we give a bonus to the referring Associate.
Weekly Paycheck: Associates are paid on a weekly basis and receive their check the week after they work. There's never a waiting period, and pay can be directly deposited into an Associate's bank account or pay card.
Associate of the Month: Our "Associate of the Month" program is designed to recognize our star associates.
Employee Relations: All Associates have access to their Coordinators and Skill Staff Branch Manager to discuss employee satisfaction, career goals, and ensure proper problem resolution. In addition, Associates are given an opportunity to critique our services and offer suggestions for our improvement.
